As an independent author, I must fund the entire book publishing process. In addition to the publishing costs, I’m also in charge of all marketing costs, editor costs, cover artists, etc. Every time one aspect is paid off, the next bill is around the corner.

CURRENTLY FUNDING:

As I work up to the soft-launch of my Members Only Community, I’m saving up for the two biggest start-up costs involved in the process.

First is a life-time subscription to CAMPFIRE, where I will build the world book for my members and publish interactive versions of my ebooks.

The second is a one year subscription to Website Toolbox, who’ll be providing the perfect forum for our member site. Each of these two subscriptions costs an ironic $420, for a total goal of $840.

Once the $840 has been raised, I’ll pay for these products/services and begin a new goal for whatever cost is coming up next.
